Nat Phos 6x for baby reflux - symptoms worse

Hello, I have a 3 weeks old boy with severe acid reflux. He is very fussy after feeds and doesn’t sleep well. I hold him upright for 45 mins after every feed but as soon as we put him down he will wake up from spitting up. He is very uncomfortable from the spit up. He would scream and keep crying. After reading amazing reviews of Nat Phos 6x, I decided to try this homeopathic remedy. I started giving my little one 1/2 tablet after every feed since Monday. Today is day 4 and he is constantly having wet burps and spitting up more since the time I started giving him nat phos. He is burping and burping all day. Does anyone have any experience with nat phos for their babies? Do symptoms get worse before getting better. Should I continue giving him nat phos for a few more days? Has anyone noticed symptoms getting worse before getting better. Please advice. Thank you!
